Packaging LAW

According to the Packaging LAW (§ 15 Para. 1 Clause 1 to 5) we are obliged to take back the transport packaging, with which we deliver our goods to you, free of charge.

What is the Packaging LAW?

• taking back transport packages for high-quality recycling
• packaging does not belong in the residual waste, but back into the economic cycle

The aim is to ensure environmentally friendly recycling according to the specifications of the Packaging LAW and to make it easier to meet the recycling requirements.

What kind of packaging?

The obligation includes transport packaging and reusable packaging, insofar as it is used, undamaged, empty and of the same type, shape and size that we carry in our range of goods.
